Wills-Kat install 1mn alarm system at Kensington Palace

Prince William and Kate Middleton have reportedly installed an alarm system worth a million-pound in their Kensington Palace home, in a bid to keep intruders out and prevent eavesdroppers snooping on their private lives.

"They want to live like a normal married couple and this is the price they have to pay," the Daily Star quoted a senior aide as saying.

"At Kensington Palace they have the 24-hour protection, armed guards and cameras but Special Branch insisted they got this system," the aide said.

"This is a state-of-the-art security and communications system to keep out all types of intruders. It brings security right up to date," the aide added. (ANI)
