Sarah Michelle Gellar's "serious shopping" at Harrods summer sale
The London News.Net Tuesday 3rd July, 2007 (ANI)
London, July 3 : Hollywood actress Sarah Michelle Gellar opened the summer sale of the up-market store Harrods in London on July 2.
Wearing grey hot pants, the Cruel Intentions star arrived at London's Knightsbridge store in a horse-drawn carriage.
The Buffy the Vampire Slayer actress was mobbed by photographers as she took a tour of the shop with Harrods' boss Mohamed Al Fayed.
Gellar was undoubtedly impressed with the discounted collection as she tried on jewellery and posed with dogs at the pet store.
"I've had a sneak peek and I can tell you there is some serious shopping to be done. I hope you won't mind if I beat you to it," the Daily Mail quoted Gellar, as saying.
A Harrods spokesman said that bags and shoes are expected to be the most popular items amongst the discounted collection. Email this story to a friend
